My Cat Reports A Complaint

I can not help but notice
That my head, specifically
The top part, right between
My tender ears,

(leave them alone)

Is currently bereft of
Any sort of pats or
Gentle rubs.

(not the ears. what did i say?)

You did not listen well.
Now I will bite you.

My cat’s name is Tabitha and she really doesn’t like anyone messing with her ears. I have gained a certain “inner circle” relationship with her, but the ears are…well, let’s say we have had brief, intense discussion over hand to ear contact.
